Viator integration

Connect Sailia to Viator (Tripadvisor) to receive bookings from one of the world’s largest activity marketplaces.

Viator is Tripadvisor’s global activities marketplace. The Sailia integration syncs availability to Viator and pulls bookings back into your dashboard.

Before you start

You’ll need:

• An active Viator supplier account
• API access enabled in your supplier dashboard
• At least one product set up in Viator

Connect Viator

1. Generate your API key in Viator

   Log in to your Viator supplier account and go to Account → API / Connectivity → Generate API Key. Copy your API key and your Supplier ID if shown.

2. Open the Sailia Integrations dashboard

   In Sailia, go to Settings → Integrations and select Viator.

3. Paste your credentials

   Enter your Viator API key, Supplier ID, and any required product codes. Save to validate the connection.

4. Map your products

   Once credentials are validated, map your Viator products to the matching Sailia experiences. Bookings begin syncing automatically.

What syncs

• Availability is pushed to Viator in real time
• Bookings appear in Sailia’s bookings dashboard with the Viator channel tag
• Capacity is shared across all channels

Tripadvisor Experiences

Tripadvisor Experiences runs on the same underlying connectivity as Viator, but some suppliers manage their Tripadvisor listings separately. If you have a dedicated Tripadvisor Experiences account, see the Tripadvisor integration guide.
