How OTA integrations work
Each integration pulls real-time availability from Sailia and pushes bookings back into your dashboard. Bookings made through any OTA appear alongside your online and POS bookings in the bookings dashboard and share the same capacity — a booking through GetYourGuide reduces available spots everywhere. The Sailia API used for these integrations follows the OTA Core specification. If you build directly against it, see the OTA Core API reference.Supported OTAs

What you’ll typically need
Setting up an OTA connection usually involves:- Creating or claiming your account on the OTA platform.
- Generating an API key in Sailia (or providing credentials from the OTA).
- Mapping each of your Sailia products to the matching product on the OTA.
Where bookings appear
OTA bookings are tagged with the source channel in the bookings dashboard. You can filter or export by channel to see how much business each OTA brings in. Refunds and rescheduling for OTA bookings are handled through Sailia in the normal way.Related guides
